Climb Club Refund and Return Policy

Apparel Returns

  • Return Period: Apparel items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Chalk and Accessories

  • Chalk Returns: Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened chalk products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Unopened chalk may be returned within 30 days, provided it is in original, unused packaging.

  • Other Accessories: Returns on accessories (excluding chalk) are accepted within 30 days, if items are unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • Apparel Exchanges: If you need to exchange apparel for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at info@climb-club.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pack your items securely and include your original receipt.
